Dominic Wagner came to the association world from the finance industry, where he has experience in investment banking, private equity, and hedge funds. In each of his prior roles, Dominic had a particular focus on the power, energy, utility, and infrastructure industries.
Dominic began his career at BNP Paribas, where he was a member of the power and utility mergers and acquisitions advisory team. Dominic then joined I Squared Capital, a private equity firm in Miami, Florida, where he focused on middle market equity investments in North American infrastructure assets. Most recently, Dominic was an analyst at Chesapeake Partners, a hedge fund located in Baltimore, Maryland. Dominic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of class council and the club golf team.
While not at work, Dominic enjoys golfing, skiing, and fishing. Dominic lives in an old farmhouse in rural Maryland with his wife, Kit.
