Vice President of Finance and Operation James Wagner has more than ten years of experience in the association and government affairs world, primarily in the infrastructure construction industries. In addition to serving as Vice President & Finance and Operations, he leads our team with logistics during meetings and conventions.
James is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he majored in business and social science. He brings notable technical and organizational skills to the job as well as a strong work ethic and a fun, positive attitude. James is an avid golfer and longtime member of Army Navy Country Club.
